Reservation Policies
- One night deposit required.
- Room rates are based on double occupancy; there is a fee of $25 per additional person per room.
- Cancellation policy: you must notify us 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive refund less cancellation fee of $40.
- Reservations made less than 14 days before arrival require advance payment of entire balance. This amount is not refundable upon cancellation.
- Cancellation policy for special event dates (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and Superbowl) is 30 days. Higher deposits and penalties are applicable due to the heavy volume of business and the popularity of these events.
- No shows will be charged the entire balance due for each day reserved.
- Guest Agreement will be provided in writing.
